Oh, how we love it here. Their sushi never disappoints. For those that are Uni fans, it's October and it's here, and it is delicious I didn't get pictures but the one I did get was for the Money Shots! It's a must order lol

Wow wow wow… this place is SO GOOD. We sat at sushi bar and had Ben as our chef. He made us a beautiful chirashi bowl with the best fish we’ve everrrr had. The BBQ tuna is TO DIE FOR, cooked to perfection. We also ordered a seaweed salad which was insanely fresh and filled with different beautiful seaweeds and cucumber. The House roll was amaaaazing as well. We were both so so so happy with everything and we will 1000000% be eating here anytime we’re in the area! 10/10 recommend if you’re craving DELICIOUS SUSHI.

We are Asians from Los Angeles area. Having lived in NYC, Vancouver, London, and tried the best rolls/nigiri/sashimi in Japan, we ARE fish lovers and know our fish! As the name implies, their fish is fresh! Definitely not something one can easily find in the Lake Tahoe area, and like they indicated on their website, they probably had to drive 200mi away to get their fish. Their raw fish items were highly recommended! However, everything else was just meh. Due to some transient health reasons, we had to eat cooked meat today, but oh Lord, that was a bad decision. All the chicken dishes had overcooked chicken thigh. We couldn't believe any chef could fail on chicken thigh?! It was so tasteless and dry. - Salmon roll: 5/5*. Great! They know their sushi. Not comparable to the finest options in the big cities, but it was as good as it could get in this region. - Gyoza: 4/5*. Not bad. At least the meat was juicy, but deep fried wrap was too thick. At $18, it did not deliver. We'd rather take the frozen Gyoza from Costco. - Chicken udon: 2/5*. Chicken thigh was dry and tasteless. Broth had the right undertone but too much shiitake mushroom which was so strong. - Coconut curry with chicken: 3/5*. Authentic Japanese curry, but the chicken thigh was again dry and tasteless. Service and vibe were definitely 5/5*! In conclusion, just eat their raw fish. We wished they could have just focused their menu on sashimi, rolls and nigiri dishes only and forget other cooked dishes.

These guys are killing it - so worth the wait. Everything was so amazing. It was all quite unexpected but the vibe these guys create was on point. From the start of the greeting from the host, the friendly servers and everyone in between- just felt welcomed and really didn’t want to end my dinner. Loved this place!!!

This place is awesome. We had lunch here while passing through Tahoe for my husband’s birthday. We had the Salmon, Fresh Veggies in a Coconut Curry Sauce Served w/Rice and the Ultimate Vege roll with Asparagus, Avocado, Cucumber, Mixed Greens & Side of Pesto Sauce. Dessert was also amazing. Nice friendly atmosphere as well. Asha served us… she was the best.

This restaurant only opens for dinner, 5pm-9pm. Very busy even during weekday; however, the wait time is not too long approximately 15-20min. Seating on the side of the chef’s station can get loud as there are lot of talking and activities between their sushi chefs. The sushi roll dishes tend to be on the smaller portion. For 2 persons, we were full after eating 3 sushi roll dishes and a noodles dish . The sushi could have been fresher and tastier.. great service from staffs!!
